This project explores the relationship between woven textiles and digital image systems. Weaving condenses intersecting lines into a unified surface, where colour, texture and material can form elaborate patterns. Yet any irregularity in the structure becomes immediately visible to the eye.
A similar logic exists on screen, where images are built through grids of pixels. Although textile and digital material differ physically, both rely on rhythm, sequence and repetition. When this rhythm is interrupted, we recognise it as a mistake, a rupture or a glitch.
Through a combination of textile and digital material, the work looks at glitches, perception, digital error, pattern recognition and woven structure. It considers how we read surfaces, how disruption becomes visible, and how textile and digital grids can reveal deeper psychological patterns in the way we organise reality.
